Please join us for our 2nd Annual Hope's Heroes Dinner Celebration and Fundraiser. Recognize someone who inspires you through their kindness, generosity, and commitment to the Farmington/Unionville community.

Birdies for Charity

H.O.P.E. Partners of Farmington is proud to once again participate in the 2026 Birdies for Charity program! When you donate through the program, H.O.P.E. Partners receives a 15% bonus on top of every gift, thanks to Webster Bank and Aetna.


This year, we’ve set a goal of $10,000. Reaching it will allow us to continue strengthening our community. Ready to make your impact?
