Birdies for Charity
H.O.P.E. Partners of Farmington is proud to once again participate in the 2026 Birdies for Charity program! When you donate through the program, H.O.P.E. Partners receives a 15% bonus on top of every gift, thanks to Webster Bank and Aetna.
This year, we’ve set a goal of $10,000. Reaching it will allow us to continue strengthening our community. Ready to make your impact?

Driving for H.O.P.E Golf Tournament
SAVE THE DATE! Our annual golf tournament is happening again this year. It will take place at Tunxis Country Club in Farmington, and will have games, silent auction, and raffle prizes.
When: Tuesday September 1st, 2026
Where: Tunxis Golf Club, 87 Town Farm Rd | Farmington, CT
Time: Golf Registration is 8:00-9:15, Tee Time is 9:30, Dinner is 2:30
Crafting Up Some Hope
This popular community event features over 40 vendors and supports our mission of Helping Others Prosper Every Day by raising funds for programs that assist seniors and individuals with disabilities throughout our community.
