Ways to Give

H.O.P.E. Partners of Farmington is proud to once again participate in the 2026 Birdies for Charity program!


Birdies for Charity is one of the best ways to support our mission. When you donate through the program, H.O.P.E. Partners receives a 15% bonus on top of every gift, thanks to Webster Bank and Aetna.


This year, we’ve set a goal of $10,000. Reaching it will allow us to continue strengthening our community.

Important Notes

  • Donations cannot be exchanged for goods or services.
  • Organizations cannot submit donor lists; all gifts must come directly from donors.
  • Tax receipts are issued once the tournament receives the donation.

Credit Card

Make a secure online gift through our Birdies for Charity page. Donors receive an instant confirmation and tax receipt.


For gifts over $10,000, we kindly request payment by check or ACH.

Check by Mail

  • Minimum amount: $200 (gifts under $200 should be made online)
  • Payable to: Travelers Championship or Birdies for Charity
  • Must include a donation form or Birdies for Charity receipt

Bank Transfer (ACH/EFT)

Once submitted, complete the short ACH Confirmation Form so we can issue your receipt.


Donor-Advised Fund (DAF)

Recommend a grant to:
Greater Hartford Community Foundation (EIN: 42-1684133)
Then complete the DAF Notification Form so we can match your gift.
